Ordering, Shipment & Payment
The products available for order are generally in stock; however, products in a new collection may not be available for immediate shipment until production runs are complete. For items that you are interested in that are on back order, please consider visiting a store near you carrying the Maya Moon line.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal. All purchases made via the website will be shipped within 2 business days unless the item is on back order. For items on back order, you will be notified by email within 2 business days of the status and an expected shipment date. There is no sales tax on items ordered via our web site.
Your credit card will be charged when the order ships and will include shipping fees. All items will be shipped via FedEx Ground service. If you would like to receive your order more quickly, please include a note in your order or contact us at inquiry@mayamoondesigns.com.
Orders can be cancelled at any time until shipped. An order cannot be cancelled after shipment. Please reference our return policy if you would like to return an item.
If you are placing a gift order and would like an invoice mailed to you and not included in the shipment, please make this request during your order or via email at inquiry@mayamoondesigns.com.
Returns
We guarantee our items against manufacturing defects and allow returns of any item that has a verified manufacturing defect. Please contact us at inquiry@mayamoondesigns.com if you believe your item is defective. Normal wear will not be considered a manufacturing defect. For items that are defective, we will replace, refund or repair the item at Maya Moon Designs discretion. All shipping costs related to the replacement/refund/repair will be our responsibility.
Items that have not been used can be returned for a full refund if we are notified at inquiry@mayamoondesigns.com within 10 days of the order shipment date. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the order shipment date. Your refund will be processed using the same credit card used to place the order and will be processed upon receipt of the item and verification that the item has not been used. If the item cannot be resold due to damage or wear, you will be notified within 2 business days of receipt of the item that the return has not been accepted and it will be shipped back at your cost. Maya Moon Designs is not responsible for return shipment costs.
We only accept returns for items purchased on our web site and do not process returns for items purchased at stores.
All returns can be shipped to the corporate address listed on our Contact page.
Privacy & Security
Maya Moon Designs does not share information about our customers. Your email and personal information will only be used by us to complete your transaction and to notify you of new Maya Moon products or special offers. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please notify us at inquiry@mayamoondesigns.com.
The Maya Moon Designs site employs SSL to ensure secure transmission of sensitive information when you purchase from us. We only retain your credit card information until the purchase is complete at which time it is deleted from our systems.
